Are you an experienced RN with a background in skilled nursing facility management? St. Vincent de Paul Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is currently hiring a full‑time Unit Manager for first shift with alternating on‑call weeks. Located in Berlin, NH, our 74‑bed skilled nursing facility provides compassionate short and long‑term care in a supportive environment tailored to meet the individual needs of our residents. Your Role:
Unit Management : Oversee day‑to‑day operations
Care Monitoring : Ensure resident care delivered by licensed nurses and LNAs complies with HIPAA, state, and federal healthcare regulations.
Clinical Oversight : Ensure adherence to physician orders, monitor medication and treatment schedules, and maintain accurate MDS documentation.
Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, supporting the ADON and Director of Nurses.
Care Coordination : Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans for comprehensive care delivery.
Compliance : Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and uphold HIPAA standards.
Supervision : Lead Licensed Nurses, LNAs, and LMNAs to ensure high‑quality care.

Requirements
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Must possess and maintain a current Registered Nurse license from the State of New Hampshire and be in good standing with the NH Board of Nursing
Two years of long‑term care (preferred)
Must be punctual, dependable and demonstrate compassion and patience
Excellent communication skills; must be able to read, write and speak English
