This position is ideal for a nurse who thrives on mentoring clinical staff, leading with compassion, and ensuring the highest level of care.Role OverviewAs Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of your assigned nursing unit, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations. You'll partner closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to maintain the highest standards of resident care and team development.QualificationsActive, unencumbered RN license in the state of practiceStrong knowledge of nursing practices, rehabilitative/restorative care, and regulatory compliance in long-term careSupervisory experience in a hospital, skilled nursing, or related healthcare settingWhy Join Us?We value our team and invest in their success.
