Job description
HumanGood community is seeking a Unit Manager RN to lead nursing operations for our senior living residents. In this role, you will oversee clinical care on the unit, supervise and mentor nursing staff, and ensure safe, compassionate, resident-centered services. You will conduct assessments, develop and update care plans, coordinate with physicians and families, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. The Unit Manager RN champions quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and a culture of respect and inclusion, helping older adults thrive while supporting a collaborative, mission-driven care team.
