Avardis Health is seeking a qualified Unit Manager (RN or LPN) to lead the Grayson Health and Rehabilitation team in Independence, VA. In this full-time role you will supervise nursing staff, oversee patient care, and coordinate staffing to ensure high-quality outcomes.
