Job description
Avantara in Redfield, SD seeks an RN or LPN Unit Manager to lead patient care on the assigned unit and support facility operations.
You will assist the Director of Nursing with planning, development and day-to-day management, ensuring guests receive quality care 24 hours a day.
This role requires coordinating staffing, ensuring regulatory requirements are met, and covering floor nursing and CNA breaks as needed.
