Unit Manager RN or LPNAviata at Greenacres is seeking a compassionate and experienced Unit Manager RN or LPN to join our family! As a Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing the staffing needs and providing supervision for nursing staff, ensuring quality resident care on the assigned unit. If you are a team-oriented, driven, and excited about building a culture of care, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!Responsibilities:Manage staffing needs and provide supervision for nursing staff, providing direct resident care to ensure quality resident care on the assigned unitAssist in staff development and provide guidance to Clinical Nurses and Nurse AssistantsConduct and document complete data collection of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout treatmentAssist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for assigned residentsAssist in recruiting and hiring nursing staffMonitor compliance with resident record documentation requirements, as directedCoordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverageEnsure compliance with resident rights policies and work with families and other staff as needed to resolve grievancesComplete Preceptor Training and provide innovative, responsible healthcareQualifications:Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN or LPNMinimum (3) years nursing experience preferred in a setting serving the same age/type of resident population served by this facility; minimum one (1) year experience in nursing administrationStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasksWhat We Offer:Competitive pay, along with holiday pay and paid time off (PTO) program401k with a match!Access to online learning 24/7Health insurance for the entire family!At Aviata at Greenacres, our mission is to deliver exceptional, person-centered care through compassion, clinical excellence, and connection.
