Strengthen Resident Care.Elderwood at Liverpool is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Unit Manager to provide hands-on clinical leadership within our 160-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.This is an opportunity for a steady, visible RN leader who knows how to bring structure to a nursing unit, develop CNAs and nurses, strengthen clinical follow-through, and create consistent expectations for resident care.You will have the support of an established interdisciplinary team while taking meaningful ownership of your unit's clinical performance, staffing stability, employee development, and resident and family experience.Located just north of Syracuse, Elderwood at Liverpool provides skilled nursing, long-term care, subacute rehabilitation, and specialized memory care.
