Unit Manager (RN)This is an official AristaCare Talent Acquisition job posting. Candidates who apply through this posting will work directly with our in-house Talent Acquisition Team throughout the recruitment process — not through a third-party staffing or recruitment agency.Unit Manager (RN) is responsible for overseeing the care management of a population of patients within an assigned area, unit or clinical function. The position conducts the nursing process, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the scope of the State's Nurse Practice Act of Registered Nurse licensure.
