What You'll Be Doing
* Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials safely and efficiently
* Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
* Follow site safety protocols and environmental regulations
* Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support operations

* Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly
* Strong awareness of safety procedures and hazard recognition
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs
* Reliable attendance and commitment to high performance standards
Conditions of Employment
* Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
* Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
