Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) Nurse TechThe core schedule for this position is:Week 1: Sunday, MondayWeek 2: Tuesday, WednesdayWeek 3: Friday, SaturdayWeek 4: Sunday, MondayWeek 5: Tuesday, WednesdayWeek 6: Friday, SaturdayAbout the UnitThe Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CTICU) is a 36-bed ICU located in the Meijer Heart Center specializing in highly acute post-cardiac and advanced heart failure patients. Nurse techs are able to care for a wide range of patients and devices including heart/lung transplant patients, post-operative open-heart patients, and more. We are experts in caring for the most critically ill patients in our area and throughout Michigan. We are at the forefront of cardiac medicine, engaging in cutting-edge innovation and research. Greets and directs guests on the unit in a manner that reflects a welcoming environment.
