Job description
UNIV-Trades Specialist V-UMANIncumbent will monitor, maintain adjust, and repair building specialty systems owned or leased by the Medical University Hospital Authority in order to ensure safety, environmental control and economy of mechanical, electrical, systems. Incumbent should have a working knowledge of Med Air Compressors, Vacuum Pumps, Domestic Water Pumps, and Fire Protection Pumps. The incumbent will, on a rotating basis, be on call for one week and work a scheduled weekend shift. Incumbent is Considered Essential Personnel in a disaster.Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and three years trade experience that is directly related to the area of employment. Some positions require a commercial driver's license.
