From opening accounts and answering questions to uncovering solutions that help people meet their financial goals YOU are the go-to guide in their banking journey.Whether you're just starting out or already a banking superstar, we have a spot for you on our dynamic team (Universal Banker I, II, or III).What You'll Be Doing (AKA Why You'll Love Coming to Work):Be the face of the bank: Greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.Solve problems like a pro: Assist with everything from deposits and withdrawals to account management and loan payments.Build real relationships: Get to know your customers and help them plan, save, and succeed financially.Think like an advisor: Suggest products and services that actually make a difference.Stay sharp: Learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and level up with ongoing training.Lead by example (UB III): Step up when management is away, mentor new teammates, and keep operations running smoothly.What You Bring to the Table:Universal Banker I 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitalityUniversal Banker II 1+ year in banking OR 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling Degree in a related field can replace experienceUniversal Banker III 3+ years of banking experience Leadership and mentoring experience preferred Able to run the branch in a pinch!Skills & Superpowers:Stellar communication and people skillsDetail-driven and highly organizedGreat under pressure and loves a good challengeTech-savvy with MS Office and banking softwareTeam player, self-starter, and fast learnerPerks of Joining Us:Competitive pay and benefitsPaid training and career developmentSupportive, inclusive team cultureOpportunity to grow and advanceMake a real impact in your communitySound Like You?Then we want to hear from you!
