Job description

Universal Banker, Full-Time, On-Site (Oregon, OH)Responsible to build, maintain, and strengthen consumer and business relationships one customer at a time. Expected to provide exceptional customer service and recommend appropriate customer solutions with knowledge of CCB products and services.Hours:Monday - Friday 8:15 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Saturday 8:45 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (per rotation)Position may share time with Curtice, OH Banking CenterEssential Job Duties:Proficient in Helping Good People Make Good Decisions.Actively discovers needs and proactively recommends appropriate products and servicesUtilizes financial biographies to enhance customer relationships and facilitate future financial needsWorks with one customer at a time and transitions service requests into fulfilling financial needsTracks and reports completed sales and referralsMeets or exceeds sales goals set forthMaintains knowledge of CCB products and services while seeking opportunities to develop customer relationships. Actively identifies sales opportunities for CCB partners.Maintains thorough knowledge of consumer and business products and servicesIs fluent in all digital productsRecommends and identifies revisions on all deposit products and servicesProcesses IRA accounts including transfers and rolloversUnderstands the competitionActively seeks opportunities to refer customers to appropriate CCB partnersDemonstrates peer leadership and provides guidance and training.Works closely with manager on the momentum of sales initiativesAbility to lead and positively motivate team of peersComplies with and maintains working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.Ability to travel to and assist at other banking centers as neededRequirements:1-3 years of banking experienceHigh school diploma or equivalentMust possess excellent judgement and decision-making skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to present a professional imageAbility to exercise sound judgement in resolving customer and employee issuesMaintains a high level of confidentialityPosition requires time management and ability to multi-taskStay current with bank technologyWhat We Offer:Fair, competitive salaries evaluated against benchmarked data on a normal basisComprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) with a company match, safe harbor and profit-sharingBank provided Group Life Insurance, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability ProgramsVacation, paid federal holidays, and additional PTOA community-based, hometown cultureA collaborative environment supportive to continual growth and developmentWho We Are:Community Relationships are our priority, and our team here at Croghan Colonial Bank strives to help our communities have the most successful banking relationship possible.
