Job description
InnovAge is seeking a Universal RN to provide skilled nursing care across clinic and in-home settings. You will work with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized plans of care and ensure safe, efficient care for frail and elderly participants.
Presence at InnovAge centers or participant homes is essential to perform duties, with collaboration across clinical teams to coordinate care delivery.
