Job description
Appalachian State University in Boone, NC, is seeking a full-time Assistant General Counsel to provide legal advice and support to university leaders. The ideal candidate will have admissions to the North Carolina bar and strong skills in legal research, drafting, and ethical standards. Responsibilities include resolving legal issues, supporting university objectives, and supervising staff. This position operates Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, for 40 hours per week.
