Job description
Pipeworks Studios is seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to support a AAA development partner on an Unreal Engine project. This client-facing leadership role focuses on organizing work across external studios, aligning delivery with partner priorities and technical standards.
You’ll collaborate with partner engineers, translate priorities into scoped tasks, and guide distributed teams through ambiguous challenges while maintaining the architecture and production cadence.
