Position: Bank Teller
Location: Makawao, HI
Pay: $20 to $23.50/hour
Experience: 1 year or more of customer service experience and cash handling required
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
Type: Full-time; Contract
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
Rotational Saturdays, 8:30am to 1:30pm

Position Requirements: Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills required
Attention to detail with ability to use judgment and discretion regarding customer transactions and confidential information
Sales advisory skills to educate customers on products and services

Hard Skills: Cash handling and financial transaction processing
Banking product and service knowledge
Point of sale and banking system proficiency
Accurate recordkeeping and transaction documentation
Sales advisory and product education

Detail-oriented with strong judgment and discretion
Positive and professional demeanor
Ability to serve a diverse customer base with care and confidence
