Job description
Substitute Custodian PositionThis posting is for a part-time, casual/seasonal, on-call Substitute Custodian position for the Caesar Rodney School District. This position requires the individual to be able to climb ladders, consistently lift 50 pounds, complete indoor and outdoor tasks, maintain equipment, and deep clean spaces used by students and staff. Snow removal may be required during inclement weather. This individual must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Specific hours may be adjusted by the Supervisor of Facilities Management depending on the needs of the district.Qualification: Applicant must possess a high school diploma; certificate of completion, and/or GED. Individuals must provide a copy of high school diploma and meet all necessary employment requirements.Salary: $16.26 per hour with NO benefits.Pre-employment requirements: Individuals must provide official high school transcripts, updated resume, and three (3) letters of recommendation. All persons employed by the Caesar Rodney School District are required to submit a criminal background check and a tuberculosis test.
