Upper West Side, Manhattan, New York, Primary Care Physician Job

Permanent job opening
Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible internal medicine or family medicine physician
Must have at least one year of post-training experience
No new graduates
ASAP start available
Outpatient only
No call or hospital responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, and chronic disease management
Appointment lengths:
Follow-up visits: 15 minutes
New patient visits: 30 minutes
Team-based environment with RN support, a dedicated MA (1:1), and an APP
APP practices independently
Multispecialty group with multiple specialties onsite
Patient population includes commercially insured, Medicaid, and Medicare patients, as well as underserved communities
EMR: Epic
Completion of accredited internal medicine or family medicine residency training required
Active, unrestricted New York State medical license required
Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
Medicare/Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll
BLS or ACLS certification required
