Job description
DTM Executive Search, Inc. is seeking a driven Membership Sales Director for upscale hospitality environments. You will design and execute a comprehensive membership growth strategy to boost dues revenue while maintaining premier service standards for members and guests.
You will lead marketing collaborations, manage the CRM and sales pipeline, and produce weekly analytics for executive leadership and the General Manager. Evening/weekend availability and strong relationship skills are essential.
