Job description
Biltmore is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations at our estate. You will supervise staff, ensure service standards, handle guest concerns, and support the Restaurant Manager during absences.
Ideal candidate has strong communication, organization, and leadership skills, with experience in upscale dining. Must be able to work long shifts, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a professional, welcoming environment.
