Hillstone Restaurant Group invites rising seniors to join its Summer 2027 Internship Program, an apprenticeship-style experience with hands-on exposure to restaurant operations. You’ll rotate through key staff-level roles to build a foundation in service and daily operations, while shadowing managers to learn higher-level responsibilities.
