Job description
Young Life in Tampa seeks a Tampa Urban Area Director to lead gospel-centered youth outreach across clubs, Campaigners and camps. This full-time role requires building teams, guiding volunteers, and sustaining donor partnerships to support ministry in the urban area.
The position emphasizes spiritual leadership, program development, and strategic planning in alignment with Young Life’s mission and values. Prior ministry experience and a college degree are preferred.
