Urethane Machine OperatorOur client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in high-quality urethane products, is seeking a Urethane Machine Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Urethane Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.Job Title: Urethane Machine OperatorLocation: Luck, WIPay Range: $19.75 per hourShift: 2pm - 12am, Monday - ThursdayWhat's the Job?Safely perform entry-level urethane production and finishing operations to meet quality standards and customer specifications.Select and prepare materials, molds, tools, and equipment for manufacturing processes.Assist with mold preparation, cleaning, and setup to ensure efficient production flow.Perform material mixing, pouring, casting, and demolding of products, including finishing operations such as trimming and sanding.Conduct visual inspections of products for defects and record production data accurately.What's Needed?High School Diploma or GED preferred.1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.Ability to learn manufacturing processes and quality standards.Basic math and measuring skills.Willingness to follow safety procedures and work in an industrial environment.What's in it for me?Opportunity to develop skills in manufacturing and urethane processing.Work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.Gain valuable experience in a manufacturing setting.Potential for career growth within the organization.Work in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
