nEvery day you will provide compassionate and expert care, conducting thorough assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support the holistic well-being of patients and their families within Franciscan Medical Group.

nTo be successful in this role, you will be a skilled, licensed, and compassionate provider, possessing expertise in diagnosing and managing complex diseases, alongside strong communication abilities. You will also demonstrate a deep commitment to patient-centered care and the capacity to thrive within a collegial and supportive environment.

nnnConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients

n

nnDevelop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams

n

nnOffer guidance and support to patients and families regarding educational resources and community services

n

nnCollaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure a coordinated approach to care

n

nnStay current with research and best practices in urgent care to provide evidence-based care

n

nnHours are 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM M-F and 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekends

n nJob Requirements

nRequired

nnnARNP or Physician Assistant Degree

n

nnNP/PA Certification

n

nnActive Washington State License in good standing with no restrictions

n

nnDEA, NPI & prescriptive authority

n

nnCurrent BLS for Healthcare Providers certifications by the American Heart Association

n

nnStrong clinical skills and experience diagnosing urgent care type issues

n

nnExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

n

nnAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

n

nnCommitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to all patients and families

n

n nPreferred

nn1 year experience following training
