Job description
American Family Care Lakewood is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to care for patients within the scope of training and approval. The APP will work with other providers to ensure efficient patient flow and high satisfaction.
Responsibilities include comprehensive histories, diagnoses, therapy, emergency interventions, and patient education. Licensure, DEA, and state-controlled substance certification are required; ER/UC experience is preferred.
