Job description
Summit Health is seeking a licensed Advanced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Urgent Care Department in a Per Diem role. You will work collaboratively with physicians and support staff to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
Requirements include NY/CT state license, board certification, 2+ years of related experience, and strong decision-making, communication, and analytical skills. Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients is preferred.
