Job description
Carbon Health is seeking a Center Medical Director (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) to lead an urgent care center while remaining clinically active. The role combines direct patient care with leadership duties, guiding a team of clinicians and shaping clinical practice.
Approximately 30 hours per week will involve direct patient care, with additional responsibilities in hiring, clinician development, and performance evaluation.
