American Family Care Old Bridge is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee an urgent care clinic, manage non-physician staff, maintain patient care quality, and ensure facility upkeep and accurate billing.
Responsibilities include recruiting and onboarding, scheduling, supervising staff evaluations, partnering with Medical Director, enforcing policies, monitoring patient flow and satisfaction, and leading staff meetings.
