Job description
Sutter West Bay Medical Group in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks a Chief of Urgent Care to provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership across the Urgent Care service line, ensuring access, throughput, and high-quality patient care.
Reporting to the Chair of Primary Care and partnering with the Administrative Director, you will lead staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement efforts while fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability across sites.
