Job description
Sutter West Bay Medical Group is seeking a Chief of Urgent Care to provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership across the Urgent Care service line in California. Lead staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement while aligning urgent care with organizational goals and a culture of collaboration and accountability.
The role requires MD/DO board certification and 5+ years clinical experience with 3+ in leadership, plus strong recruitment and workforce development capabilities.
