Job description
American Family Care is seeking an Urgent Care Clinic Manager to lead a busy outpatient center. You will oversee daily operations, supervise Medical Assistants, Receptionists, and X-Ray Techs, and partner with Providers to deliver outstanding patient experiences.
You will drive staffing, scheduling, payroll, compliance, and P&L management while mentoring a high-performing team in a fast-paced urgent care setting. This role offers growth across AFC markets and a mission-driven culture.
