Job description
NextCare is seeking a Full‑Time Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our Chandler, AZ urgent care clinic on Ray Rd. The position offers 12‑hour shifts with weekends on a rotating basis, clinic hours 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, and a compensation range of $60–$80/hour plus monthly bonuses.
You’ll work with an experienced team in a fast‑paced, community‑focused setting, enjoying autonomy, strong mentorship, and clear practice guidelines while delivering accessible, high‑quality care.
