Job description
Sutter West Bay Medical Group seeks a Chief of Urgent Care to provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership across the Urgent Care service line, optimizing access, throughput, workforce engagement, and financial performance.
Reporting to the Chair of Primary Care, this role partners with the Administrative Director in a dyad model to standardize onboarding, recruit leaders, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across multiple sites.
