Fewer days, focused shifts: Flexible work schedules set 3 months in advance, no on‑call, and limited weekends.
Closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Easter with early closing on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July.

Flat‑rate fee for clinic visits and services for employees and direct family members.

Primary Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up.
Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments.
Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual physicals.
Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license.
Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards.
Detail‑oriented and confident in medical best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications.
Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals.
Respect and autonomy in decision‑making.
Team‑based approach to patient care.
ACLS/BLS certifications (we will provide if needed).
