Job description
CRH Healthcare, LLC, through Patients First Immediate Care, seeks a full-time Urgent Care Provider (FNP or PA) to join our Crestview, FL team. The role features three 12-hour shifts per week and a commitment to delivering a top-notch patient experience.
Qualified candidates hold an FNP or PA-C, an active unrestricted license (GA or eligible), and DEA/BLS/ACLS; Urgent Care, ER, or primary care experience is preferred.
