Job description
Banner Health is seeking an Experienced FNP or PA for Lakeside & Show Low, AZ to provide same-day care in a full-time outpatient setting. Work four 10-hour days with no on-call, in scenic clinics supported by a Banner Health system network.
The ideal candidate has an active Arizona license with DEA, national certification, and at least 1 year of urgent care or family practice experience, delivering patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
