Job description
ConvenientMD LLC is seeking a Lead Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to guide urgent care teams in delivering high-quality patient care. The role emphasizes mentorship of new graduates, collaboration with clinicians, and leadership in clinical operations. A strong NP background with emergency/urgent care experience is preferred.
The Lead Provider will oversee documentation, compliance and ongoing education to maintain top patient outcomes while fostering a supportive, efficient clinic environment.
