About the POSITION:
nSeeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a collaborative team of 1 physician and 2 APPs at a high-acuity direct care/walk-in clinic located in Moses Lake, Washington . This role is ideal for a seasoned clinician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys broad-scope, hands-on patient care.
nnnSchedule: 13–15 shifts per month
n
nnPatient Volume: Average of 30–35 patients per shift
n
nnProcedures: Sutures, mole removals, skin biopsies, toenail removals, and select women’s health services
n
nnRequired Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Direct Care/Urgent Care settings
n
n nAbout the COMP & BENEFITS:
nnnSalary: $143,000 – $165,000 annually
n
nnIncentives: Additional RVU-based productivity potential
n
