About the Position A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in Redding, California is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Urgent Care team. This organization has been serving Northern California for decades and provides comprehensive, patient-centered care regardless of a patient's ability to pay. Providers work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare to the community.
This is an excellent opportunity for an APP who enjoys a fast-paced setting and values caring for a diverse patient population across the lifespan.
Position Highlights:
Full-time Urgent Care position
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages
Manage a wide variety of acute illnesses and minor injuries
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and support teams to provide seamless patient care
Opportunity to practice broad-spectrum urgent care medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Current California NP or PA license (or ability to obtain before start date) with no restrictions
Current national certification (AANP/ANCC for NPs or NCCPA for PAs)
Current CPR certification
Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals and families of all backgrounds

Compensation & Benefits Salary: $126,000 $176,400 annually (based on experience)
