Job description
Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at Columbia Correctional Institution, in Lake City, Florida. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm and involves working under a physician in a correctional environment to deliver comprehensive health care and patient management.
Qualified candidates will hold an active, unrestricted FL ARNP or PA license, BLS certification, and a DEA license or be able to obtain one.
