Job description
Mary Washington Healthcare seeks a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide direct patient care in an urgent care setting. The NP works under limited direction with an APN lead and Medical Director, handling initial assessments, diagnostics, and treatment.
The role requires at least two years of NP experience in family practice, urgent care, or emergency services, plus MSN and NP certification. BLS is required at hire. Strong leadership and patient education skills are essential.
