Job description
GO Staffing is assisting a Midland, TX urgent care group in recruiting an experienced NP/PA to join their clinical team. The position offers a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule with no on-call duties and the opportunity to manage 20–25 patients per day across all ages.
The role requires board-certified NP or PA credentials and Urgent Care or ER experience, with Cerner EMR used for charting. Base salary with production bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and PTO are included.
