Requirements:
2 years related clinical experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine with high acuity cases
Current California State NP License
Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP's
Active DEA registration
