Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the St. Louis area. Competitive Salary & hourly rates plus:
Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 1 year of full-time experience as a provider in a family medicine, emergency medicine, peds, or urgent care setting. Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required) Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
