Temp-to-Perm Urgent Care Advanced Practice Provider
Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver high-quality, in-home urgent care throughout Citrus Heights, CA .
Providers work as part of a mobile clinical team to perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and treat a wide range of conditions, and manage patient outcomes across all ages. Care is delivered directly in patients homes using point-of-care labs, minor procedures, wound care, splinting, suturing, and IV therapies, with a strong focus on care coordination and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment
Perform minor procedures and therapeutic interventions
Interpret test results and ensure continuity of care
Educate patients and families on treatment and health management
Collaborate with care teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinical standards
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time, 4 shifts/week (10-hour shifts), including every other weekend
7 10 patients per shift (1:1 care model)
Qualifications
Active NP or PA license in California
2+ years of experience in ER, urgent care, or internal/family medicine
Board certification and BLS required (ACLS preferred)
DEA/prescriptive authority and valid driver s license
Ability to travel locally and perform physical job duties (lifting equipment, stairs)
