What You ll DoCover walk-in and urgent care shifts in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Provide comprehensive patient assessments and treatment plans
Collaborate with medical staff to deliver timely care
Manage minor injuries, illnesses, and preventive health screenings
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to clinic protocols
Support patient education and follow-up care as needed
What You NeedRequired: Valid NP or PA license in Minnesota
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Prior experience in urgent care or outpatient clinics
Preferred: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and patient interaction skills
Local candidates or those willing to drive into Hermantown
