$83.00/hr - $93.00/hr

14-week contract with the possibility of extension
Monday - Friday, Days

Requirements:
Active APP Licensure/Certification in Wisconsin
American Heart Association BLS
At least 1-year of experience as an APP provider
Active DEA
DOT certification (Preferred)
