TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a privately owned outpatient clinic in Hillsboro, Texas. This permanent opportunity offers a collaborative, family-oriented environment, manageable patient volumes, and the autonomy of solo practice with strong on-site support.

Average Daily Volume: patients per day
Exam Rooms: 5
EMR: AdvanceMD
Support Staff:
Front Desk Receptionist

Schedule & Coverage

Week 1: 3 days

Weekend Coverage:
Alternating weekends
Sunday shifts are 4 hours
Credentialing & Licensure
State License: Texas
Credentialing Timeline: ASAP
Needs to live within 45 Miles of facility
