Job description
Work Dates Needed: Nov - Ongoing
Preferred Schedule: Mon- Sun (8a-8p)
Worksite Setting: Outpatient
Scope of Work: Avg 3-4 patients per hour
All patient ages 6m+ (80% adults / 20% peds)
Orthopedic procedures required: splinting, suturing, wound care; I&D
X-rays/EKGS, blood draws/IVs
Medical assistances and rad techs onsite; 1-3 providers per day.
Provider must be comfortable working independently without supervision; physician available remotely
Cross Credential at 3 UC sites, 30m apart (Hanover & New Oxford)
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active WV license required, BC, DEA/CSR, ACLS, BLS, PALS, min 2 years of experience in UC or 1yr of experience in EM
EMR: Epic
Pay Rate Preferred: $120/HR
